CHS Lifetime Performance Guarantee
At Custom Holster Solutions, every holster is built for durability, reliability, and everyday carry. We stand behind our work with our Lifetime Performance Guarantee.
The simple version: If it fails due to workmanship, we'll fix or replace it.
What's Covered
We guarantee your holster against manufacturing defects for the life of the product. This includes:
- Cracks or breaks in the Kydex under normal use
- Defective eyelets, screws, or hardware
- Retention issues caused by workmanship
If your holster fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage (scratches, finish wear, etc.)
- Improper use, abuse, or neglect
- Modifications or disassembly beyond intended adjustment points
- Damage from heat exposure or environmental conditions
- Incorrect firearm or light selection during ordering
30-Day Fit and Retention Adjustment
Not quite dialed in? Within 30 days of delivery, we offer:
- Free retention adjustments
- Fitment corrections
Customer is responsible for shipping unless otherwise stated.
Hardware Coverage
We've got the small stuff covered too.
- Free hardware replacement for one year (screws, posts, etc.)
- After one year, replacements are available at low cost
Refund Policy
Because each holster is made to order, we do not offer refunds unless:
- The product is deemed defective and cannot be repaired
- The item is returned in its original condition
All warranty claims are handled through repair or replacement first.
Warranty Claim Process
To start a claim:
- Contact us with your order number and issue description
- Provide clear photos of the problem
- We will review and provide next steps
If a return is required, instructions will be provided.
Final Notes
Custom Holster Solutions reserves the right to determine:
- Whether a claim qualifies under warranty
- Whether the item will be repaired or replaced
