Return, Refunds & Adjustment Policy

CHS does not accept returns, cancelations, or modifications of custom orders due to the fact that the item has been personally customized, and inventory has been ordered to produce the product.

Before finalizing your purchase, please meticulously verify all product details. It is important to note that colors and patterns may differ from the illustration provided on the holster. We do not assume responsibility for any inaccurate information received and will not issue refunds for orders based on such discrepancies.

If you experience any retention, re-holstering, or cosmetic issues, you must provide clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the problem. All cosmetic concerns must be submitted with photos so they can be evaluated and addressed accordingly.

In many cases, we can walk you through simple adjustments to resolve the issue without a return. If a return is necessary, we will provide a return shipping label.

Once the holster is received, we will either make the necessary adjustments or replace it with a new holster. In most cases, a replacement will not be sent until the original holster has been returned and received.

The holster must be returned in the same condition it was received. Any noticeable wear, damage, or signs of use may result in the return being canceled. If a refund is offered and the holster shows wear, the order will be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

SECURE TRANSMISSION

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a Web site and a visitor’s Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.


Custom Holster & Out-Of-Area Fitting Policy 

Any holster model, or configuration not listed on our website is considered a custom order. Custom holsters may require longer than two (2) weeks to complete due to the nature of custom fabrication.


Because we work with firearm molds—and in some cases must alter existing molds or create fitment for specific setups—fitment issues may occasionally occur. If a fitment issue arises, we will gladly provide a return shipping label so the holster can be evaluated and adjusted if possible.

Returns & Adjustments

We do not accept returns unless the holster:

• Does not function properly, or

• Is deemed unsafe for use.

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

• Dislike of the holster’s appearance

• Lack of an audible “click” during retention as long as holster still has retention.

• Longer-than-expected completion time

All of our holsters are handmade, not mass-produced by machines. As a result, cosmetic variations may occur, and holsters may not always appear as uniform or “clean” as machine-manufactured products. These variations do not affect functionality.

We specialize in in-house custom holster fitting using the actual firearm and/or accessories (including weapon lights, compensators, thumb rests, and other attachments). This process allows us to fine-tune retention and fit to achieve the best possible result.

 


For customers outside of our local service area, we can still provide custom holsters; however, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit on the first attempt due to variations in firearms, accessories, tolerances, and aftermarket components.


By placing an order for a custom or out-of-area holster, you acknowledge and agree that:


  • Your holster may require additional adjustments after delivery.
  • Certain retention or fit issues may only be corrected by sending the holster back to us for modification.
  • Shipping to and from our facility may be required to complete necessary adjustments.


Because custom holsters are built specifically for your setup, refunds will not be provided. Instead, we will repair, adjust, or attempt to correct any retention or fitting issues that may arise.

Please note that some weapon lights or aftermarket accessories may affect holster fit or retention. While we will make every reasonable effort to achieve the best fit possible, perfect compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.


Rush Order Policy 

Rush Order Service – $30 Add-On

Rush orders move your holster ahead in our production queue. This service is intended for customers who need priority handling due to time constraints.


  • Rush orders reduce the current advertised lead time, but do not guarantee a specific ship date
  • Rush orders do not affect carrier transit times once shipped
  • Rush orders apply to production time only, not shipping speed
  • Due to workflow disruption, rush fees are non-refundable once production has started
  • Rush availability may be limited during high-volume periods (holidays, sales, or launches)


We are a small, hands-on shop. Rush orders help offset the additional labor and scheduling adjustments required to prioritize your build while maintaining quality and fit standards for every customer.
